Many students are familiar with Hayfield’s blood drives, the most recent having occurred October 15, which drew in many upperclassmen. What students are unaware of is that Hayfield’s own Blood Donor Club was only started this current school year by marketing teacher Lynn Hendricks. Blood Donor Club works behind the scenes to organize and distribute information about blood drives occurring at Hayfield. During blood drives, members of the club volunteer in order to make it run smoothly and efficiently. If you want to join this club, talk to Mrs. Hendricks for more information.

They are still working out the kinks of the club, seeing as it is their first year, but the next time a blood drive occurs know that the Blood Donor Club helped organize it.
